Another thing, make sure that the housing company you buy the flat from is a member of the Real Estate and Housing Association of Bangladesh (REHAB). It is better not to buy a flat from a company that is not a member of REHAB. Because, if there is any problem later, complaints cannot be made in rehab. Member institutions are responsible for complying with the prevailing laws of the country as well as the rules of the organization.

The company or person who is going to buy the flat needs to make sure that the owner owns it. For this, whether the name of the seller is mentioned in the latest record of the land on which the proposed flat is situated and whether the order of CS, SA, RS etc. is mentioned.
