Kachumukhi was first imported from India

Kachumukhi was imported from India for the first time through Heli land port in Dinajpur. A truck loaded with kachumukhi entered Bangladesh from India at around 4:30 pm on Monday. The land port authorities said that 11 thousand 186 kg of kachumuki was imported in 238 sacks in that truck.

According to the source of Hili land port customs station, an exporter named M/s Devency International of Balurghat area of South Dinajpur district of India has exported these kachumukhi. And an importing company named M/s Rocky Traders of Hili land port in Bangladesh has imported these kuchumuki through C&F Agent Company Khandkar Enterprise. 127 including transportation cost per ton of kachumukhi import from India.

Yusuf Ali, Assistant Pest Control Officer of Heli Land Port Plant Control Center told Prothom Alo, '11 thousand 186 kg of raw mukhi was imported from India through Heli Land Port today around 4:30 pm. As far as I know, this is the first import of kachumukhi from India through Heli land port. Importing company M/s Rocky Traders submitted documents related to Kochumukhi import at Hili Port Plant Quarantine Center in the afternoon. Document verification and examination of imported goods is ongoing. If everything goes well, the importing company will be issued with a Sanguine Road Certificate.
