You can make sweet cakes or cookies at home. The recipe was given by Westin Dhaka Chef Imtiaz Faisal.
Ingredients: Butter 360g, Icing sugar 150g, Flour 400g, Custard powder 100g, Vanilla powder 2g.

Method: Beat together the butter and icing sugar. After 5 minutes, rub the mixture well around the pot. Then beat again for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes add flour and custard powder. Beat very slowly for 30 seconds. Then leave the mixture for 30 minutes. Then roll the dough to 7 mm thickness. Cut into the shape of your choice with a cookie cutter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes. to serve
