RDRS Bangladesh Microcredit Program has published notification for recruitment and creation of recruitment panel for the post of Microcredit Officer. Interested candidates should send application form to Rangpur office of RDRS Bangladesh.

1. Name of the post: Microfinance Officer

Qualification: Minimum Graduation Pass
Salary and Benefits: Total Salary during Apprenticeship is Tk 20 thousand per month. According to the salary structure of the organization, if the six months apprenticeship period is successfully completed, the total salary will be Tk 21 thousand 347 per month. Other allowances include gratuity, festival allowance, medical assistance, incentives, motorcycle fuel expenses, mobile phone bills and provident fund.

2. Name of the post: Branch Manager
Number of Posts: Unspecified
Qualification: At least Post Graduate Pass. Must have at least three years of experience in microfinance operations.
Salary and Benefits: Salary is at least 28 thousand 88 taka per month. Salary will be negotiable for candidates with more experience. Apart from this there is festival allowance, medical assistance, incentives, motorcycle fuel cost, mobile phone bills.
